"Shipping took forever and it’s hit or miss"
My order finally showed up, but it was way later than expected, which was frustrating. the whole experience felt like it works when it wants to. Not the worst ever, but definitely annoying.

I ordered my usual size from Bella+Canvas, thinking it would fit like every other shirt I own, but nope. Not even close. The size chart made it seem like it would be fine, and then it showed up way tighter than expected. After one wash, it was basically game over. I’m not against a slimmer fit, but this felt like it shrunk into a size I absolutely did not order. The annoying part is the color was actually nice, so now I’ve got a shirt I like looking at but can’t comfortably wear.

"Fabric is just too thin"
I ordered a few of these shirts and, like I said, the fabric feels way too thin for my liking. It’s flimsy and even a little see-through, which I wasn’t expecting at this price. Like I said, they just don’t feel like good quality to me, so I probably won’t be buying them again.

I was trying to figure out the fabric details and sizing, but the product pages were confusing and all over the place. Nothing felt clear enough to make a confident choice. After going back and forth and still not getting straight answers, I kind of lost trust in the info on the site...

I checked the size chart before ordering, thinking I was being careful. But the shirt showed up and fit nothing like the measurements they listed. Frustrating, honestly. Now I’m stuck with something I can’t really wear.

I just wanted some basic info about where their stuff is made and what the worker conditions are like, but the answers felt so vague it drove me nuts. Like, why is that so hard to explain? After that, my trust in them pretty much fell off a cliff

"My bulk order experience was frustrating"
I placed a bulk order expecting everything to arrive around the same time, but about half of it showed up late. I reached out to support, they didn’t do much besides give vague updates. Maybe I’m overreacting, but for a bigger order, I feel like the communication should’ve been way better.

"Not really impressed with the shirt quality"
I ordered a few Bella Canvas shirts because I kept hearing they were supposed to be super soft, and I don’t know, maybe my expectations were too high, but they felt thin as soon as I took them out of the package. The colors were fine, I guess, but the fabric just didn’t feel like anything special.
Then after one wash, one of the shirts came out kind of twisted, which was so annoying because I actually followed the washing instructions. And the neck looked stretched out already, like it had been worn a bunch of times, even though it was basically new. I was folding laundry and just kept thinking, really?
Maybe I just got unlucky or it was a weird batch, but for the price, I wouldn’t buy them again. I wanted easy everyday shirts, not something I have to worry about after one wash. They just didn’t feel like good quality to me.

I’ve always liked Bella Canvas shirts, so it’s frustrating to even say this, but actually getting the sizes and colors I need has become a hassle. The shirts feel good, print well, and customers usually like them, which is why I keep wanting to stick with the brand.
The problem is the inventory. Basic colors and common sizes are out of stock way too often, and it makes ordering for jobs more stressful than it should be. I end up changing colors last minute or buying from another supplier, even though I’d rather stay with Bella Canvas. The quality is there, but the stock problems make it hard to fully rely on them.

"Fell apart after just one wash"
I ordered a few shirts from bellacanvas.com, i was disappointed. After just one wash, the stitching started coming loose on a couple of them, and the seams looked messy to me. For the price, I really expected the quality to be better. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Color options were disappointing"
I was let down by the color selection. A bunch of the shades I actually wanted were either sold out or just not available at all. It feels like they only keep the basic colors around, and anything a little more interesting is hard to find. I also never got any kind of follow-up about restocks or alternatives, which made the whole ordering process even more frustrating.

I had an issue with my order and figured it would be a quick thing to sort out... but it ended up taking way longer than I expected just to get a straight answer.
By the end, it didn’t really feel like anything was fixed. I mostly just felt like I was being passed from one person to another. Not the worst experience ever, but the support side was definitely frustrating.

I tried using this for embroidery and it just didn’t work well for me. The fabric puckered bad, like really bad, and the stitches ended up looking messy and uneven. I was hoping for better, but it just wasn’t a good fit.

"Exchange process was kind of a headache"
I tried to exchange a hoodie for a different size, it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. I thought it would be a quick thing, but it turned into a whole back-and-forth process.
The instructions weren’t super clear, and I kept having to dig through emails just to figure out what I was supposed to do next. Support also felt slow to reply, though to be fair, they were polite when they did get back to me.
By the time everything finally got sorted out, I wasn’t even that excited about the hoodie anymore. I don’t know, maybe I just had a bad experience, but I’d be hesitant to order from bellacanvas.com again if exchanges are usually like this.

My order showed up in a really thin mailer that was ripped open on one side, maybe from getting tossed around during shipping. The shirts were wrinkled, and one of them had what looked like some dirt on it. For what I paid, I expected better packaging. Not the best first experience, and I’m probably not going to order from them again

I’ve ordered a few Bella+Canvas shirts for my small brand before, and this time the colors just didn’t seem to match the way they had in the past. They were the same style number, but a couple of them felt a bit thinner, and the fit seemed slightly different too.
I know small variations can happen, but it makes repeat orders kind of stressful when you’re trying to keep things consistent for customers. They do notice when blanks feel or look different, and for the price, I was expecting a little more reliability.
